  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
     

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of products purchased.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website when available.
     

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email customerservice@thylotionsskincare.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) with proof of date and time

  • Photos of the packaging with proof of date and time
     

We will work to resolve the issue.

  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
