Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund:

Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase

Products must be in their original, sealed, and unused condition

Products must remain in the original bubble wrap sleeve

All original packaging must be intact
Items that are opened, used, or not in their original sealed packaging (including the bubble wrap sleeve) are not eligible for a refund unless an adverse reaction occurs (see below).
No International Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final.
If you receive an incorrect international order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Free Returns
We provide free returns on all eligible domestic orders. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back at no cost to you.
